Sometimes hiding in plain sight, the turbulent years of the late 19th century until modern day has been filled with women musical genius.
These women were and are star performers, critics, writers, teachers, and prolific composers.
She/Her samples a range of repertoire from Norway to Mexico, from the classical tradition to jazz and blues, from household favorites such as “besame mucho” to gems that beg to be cleared from the dust of the passage of time.
